We the realcollectionindore Team are the rightful owner and operators of the store. We expect each and every individual accessing, browsing, surfing or placing an order on this website abides by the Terms and Conditions listed below.

  • Information Regarding Collectibles

    All the collectibles / products listed on our webstore (realcollectionindore.com) will be delivered to the customer in the exact same conditions as mentioned in the product description. Also the customer will be charged the showcased amount for every collectible. The images used for display are only stock images . We do not comply to send the exact collectible shown in the image as the image is for reference. For example: If a Banknote has an image with a serial number XXXXXX , then the customer will not receive the same banknote with serial number XXXXXX , the serial number can be anything else like YYYYYY .We request every customer to go through the product description , product title, product price and product image before placing an order to avoid any further confusion.

  • Account & Registration

    It is mandatory for all the users of the website realcollectionindore.com to register with the website before placing an order with us. Registering yourselves with us helps to serve you better. Also by creating an account on our website the customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We do send some promotional offers or stock updates or new arrival updates to the customer using the phone number or E-mail ID provided by them. We would not entertain any fraudulent or spam accounts on our website. We have complete right and authority to discontinue any such fake or spam accounts , if found.

    We also request you to please enter your accurate shipping address and contact details. This will help us to deliver your collectibles at your doorsteps to the soonest. 

    Order Policy

    Any customer can place an order on our website for all the collectibles which are labelled in stock with quantity available for sale with us. Generally all the collectibles listed on the website are in stock but if due to some reasons any ordered collectible is not in stock and cannot be sent to the customer, then in such cases we will contact the customer before shipping the order and find a solution regarding the same. Here we can refund back 100% of the amount for the collectible which is not in stock or send another collectibles in it’s place. Final decision will be of the customer in this case. 

    Payment Rules

    All the orders placed on our website realcollectionindore.com are to be payed for by the customers themselves. Customers can pay for their orders using Credit/ Debit Cards issued in India, Net Banking , UPI Payment, few E-Wallets through Razorpay Secure Payment Gateway. It is compulsory for all customers to make the payment for their orders in Indian Rupees only. We do not provide Cash-On Delivery (COD) Service. Any Credit / Debit card details or Bank account details for the payments done on the Razorpay Payment Gateway are not saved or handled by realcollectionindore We do not have any access to any customers personal payment credentials.

    Shipping Policy

    We aim to deliver your order to your shipping address to the minimum 7-10 working days once you make successful payment for the same. We ship all the order using India Post Courier Services. Generally we use India Post – Speed Post services to ship all our orders to our customers. In certain circumstances , if Speed post service is not available in customers address or if the weight of the order package exceeds 500 grams then we ship the order using India Post-Registered Post. In all cases we provide the customer a tracking number for their parcel which they can use to track their parcel. Please refer to the shipping charges on the checkout page before paying for your order. realcollectionindore is not responsible for any kind of lost parcels or if the parcel does not reach the customer due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer during time of checkout and no refunds shall be made from our sides. So we request the customer to go through their shipping address twice before placing your order.

     

     

     

     

    Order Cancellation

    All the customers have the right to cancel their paid orders if any only if they are not shipped from our sides. To raise a cancellation request the customer has to contact us and the refund for the same will be processed. Only 90% of the total amount (including shipping) paid by the customer will be refunded back in a period of 4-15 days.

    We also request all our customers to go through the Privacy Policy page and all the Terms & Conditions mentioned above before placing an order on our website. In any case of dispute or query the final call or decision will be of realcollectionindore and it’s owners.

Return & Refund Policy:-

REFUND POLICY-

REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT IS RECIEVED AND REFUNDED BACK TO THE MODE OF PAYMENT THROUGH IT IS DONE.
